I have flown many times. In several instances the flight has been full. One of my pet peeves is when two people are traveling together yet they take up three seats. They insist on the row and the window. Then they force you to sit between them. Isn’t it fun when during the entire flight they talk to each other as if you are not there stuck in-between them? Rude rude rude.
Once I asked a man to scoot over to his son so I did not have to climb over him. He did, but not after openly complaining to me about what an inconvenience it was for him. After all, he had “called” the aisle seat. “What are you four years old? This isn’t preschool recess” I thought to myself.

That does seem rude. Never had it happen to me. I know when my wife and I travel together we try to book the window and aisle seat hoping no one will want the middle, but if the plane is full and the middle seat is assigned, we always swicth so we are next to each other.
Has anyone ever considered the possibility that terrorists who firebomb airplanes or otherwise try to take the things hostage are doing it because they've either had one of these experiences, or been reading this website?
Because honestly, the only difference between a terrorist and the rest of us, a terrorist might argue, is that we're thinkers, but terrorists are doers.
