Five security checkpoints to fly to the US? The airline points at the airport, the airport points at the TSA, the TSA points at the airlines. Transport Canada points at everyone else.
I made the phone calls. Nobody knows shit, but when you get to the airport, the 'security' procedures are in place. Who authorizes them? I wasn't able to find an answer.
