I was on a S7 flight from Kiev to Moscow. The couple in font of me had a 3 year old daughter whom they allowed to run NAKED about the plane. Even during landing and takeoff the kid nudist ran up and down the isle. The parents did nothing to restrain their child even after the flight crew complained repeatedly. But, the topper was when, during the flight, the little girl told her mother that she needed to go potty. At that moment the mother produced a baby toilet from her overhead storage space and placed it in the middle of the aisle. Next she proceeded to let the child do her dirty business in front of all the other passengers. That was about the only time the parents paid attention to their kid the whole flight.
