customer service

So I like to think of myself as a relatively easy going person, particularly when it comes to travel, with the general idea that it will all work out eventually and isn’t worth freaking out about. A few years ago I had such a ridiculously bad and unforgivable experience with Hong Kong Airlines that sometimes I find it hard to believe that it actually happened.

Saudi Airlines 8 PM Flight SV 1475 – 25/6/2016 from Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport (Medina) – KSA, to Cairo International Airport – Egypt. From the first minute of boarding we could see it wouldn’t be a nice flight; it turned out to be a flight from hell.

Zero-service Norwegian Air Shuttle abandoned two planeloads of Europe-JFK passengers in Boston late on Sunday night (June 5) – due to weather – and told them to make their own way to New York, 200 miles away.
