I’m was on a school trip in China. We were using all sorts of transport, but for this leg we flew. Despite the fact that I was only sixteen and female, I was the tallest person in the group by a fair bit (I’m 5’7″).

I was flying from Sydney to Melbourne not long ago and had the pleasure of sitting in front of three of the noisiest, misbehaved kids I have ever met. Their parents had bought seats in business class and did not once come back to check on their kids.

I am one of those travelers that always tries to book a window or aisle seat in advance or I arrive early to request it. With the first flight it was no issue, but unfortunately the second was fully booked with the only seats remaining being the middle seat in the middle row.

I fly about once a year so I am not a frequent flier, but I have experienced many of the same bad experiences. Seat reclining really should be limited.
