If they are up serving cans of drinks, they are putting themselves in danger as well as anyone they might fall on. This was about the flight being to bumpy to serve from the bar cart. I for one, don't want those loaded carts in the aisle next to me and my loved ones and I don't want to put the flight attendants in jeopardy just for a drink. Every year people are put in the hospital from turbulance. 1st class do not use carts and they are to use their best judgement if it is safe to even be up.
